Secure Futures
The attainment gap for disadvantaged students in London has been rising over the years, now reaching a 12 month gap by the age of 16. This campaign has been designed for The Childhood Trust, a poverty alleviation charity in the capital, and together, the aim is to support disadvantaged school children through raising funds, awareness, and offering new and crucial opportunities.
As a third sector campaign, it made the most of free PR and advertising techniques such as company collaborations, owned media, and press releases. With these channels, the campaign primarily targeted companies and businesses, to enable the availability of new opportunities for the future generation of corporate London.

Writing and digital media have always been a passion of mine, and through studying such eye opening topics, my drive has become clearly pointed towards creating content to promote positive change in the world.
Previously I have studied journalism and completed an NCTJ with A+ exam results and a 40wpm shorthand. Now graduating this course, alongside completing several different content creation and marketing work experience opportunities over the years, I feel inspired and supported to gain more experiences, learn new skills, and meet like minded people in the industry.
I feel particularly strongly towards social injustices, and believe my drive, motivation, and creativity can help spread messages in ways which can truly influence and encourage improvement, knowing that even the smallest steps are wins.
