PINK TAX THANK U NEXT

The hashtag #PINKTAXTHANKUNEXT was inspired by Ariana Grande's song ‘Thank U, Next’. This campaign aims to address and raise social awareness for the Pink Tax, known as gender-based pricing, in the UK. Some countries have taken legal action to deal with the Pink Tax but the UK is not one of them. Higher priced products coupled with the gender pay gap is unfair for women and will have a significant financial effect on them. The campaign was created to inform and educate what the Pink Tax is and hopes to generate attention for the UK government to address this issue.
