The objectives are raising customer awareness that COSTA is a pour over coffee, encouraging the target group to choose COSTA over other coffee shops when they need a cup of coffee and increasing brand loyalty among existing consumers. For COSTA's brand philosophy of focusing on coffee, producing the best quality coffee is COSTA's abiding commitment, encouraging customers to never forget the original intention in their busy work, just like COSTA Coffee is always loyal to coffee.
